There is a non-negotiable minimum charge of £15 plus VAT per parcel packing charge, plus whatever form of postage you require on top. We do unfortunately need to make a charge to cover the considerable time it takes to pack parcels properly. Please be aware that we will only post parcels if you are willing to pay for the limited insurance available from the post office, and although we very rarely have problems parcels are sent entirely at your own risk, we do not offer compensation for parcels that arrive damaged, or do not arrive. Doom and gloom aside, we usually get very nice comments from our customers, and we do also try very hard to get it right. Please note when registering to bid in person you will be required to supply two forms of evidence of identity and residence. Please see our terms & conditions. Viewing will end 1/4 hour before the start of each sale. |
